It is important our public officials recognize there are many citizens concerned about these projects. Simply send an e-mail to City of Woodinville for the Wood Trails and Montevallo projects and Snohomish County for the Wellington Hills Golf Course project. Include your name and mailing address and request to become a party of record for these projects.
To make the legal argument we need the expert advice of a land use attorney and may need to contract with additional consultants. Although we are judicious, these cost money, a lot of money.
We ask you to consider the value of your home and the significant investment it represents. We can't guarantee we will be successful, but we can guarantee we are doing our best to protect our neighborhood and keep it safe and enjoyable. We are asking each resident to donate whatever you can afford. One hour of legal time costs $250, and 96% of CNW's contributions go toward paying for legal expertise. See the contact page for our mailing address.
